How can I determine which size to order?
I know how crucial it is to pick the right size when ordering. There is a size chart link on each product page which will give you measurements to help you determine the right size to order. Each outfit description will also give great details on how to order depending on the outfit material.
Items are restocked based on popularity and product availability. Please keep checking your size for availability.
Order Questions
What forms of payments do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, JCB and Diners Club Cards.
What if my credit card was declined?
If your credit card was declined, please check the information entered for any mistakes. If the information is correct and the payment is still declined, you’ll have the option to use another form of payment.
I was so excited to place my order, I forgot to use the discount code!
Regrettably, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed and discounts cannot be applied. Don't worry, you can use the discount code on your next order if the discount code is still active.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email from ALL MAVY within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your SPAM FOLDER. Alternately, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. Please send an email to us and we’ll resend your order confirmation.
When will I receive shipping confirmation after placing an order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
I placed an order for a pre-ordered outfit along with additional outfits thats available. When will they be shipped?
Outfits on pre-order will be shipped the date specified on the product page. If you bought additional outfits that's available, they will be shipped on the date specified on the pre-ordered outfit's page.
If you purchase more than one preorder item, all items will be shipped on the latest preorder ship date. We cannot split your order. You can place separate orders if you need an outfit sooner.
Shipping Questions
I added "VIP Priority Processing" to my order, how long does it take to have my order shipped?
We ship "VIP Priority Processing" orders once daily Monday-Saturday. If your order was placed before 3:30pm CST, your order will be shipped the same day. All "VIP Processing" orders placed after 3:30pm CST will be processed first but will be shipped the following morning.
I placed an order today, when should I expect it to be shipped?
Orders are shipped daily Monday through Saturday. Orders are typically processed within one day but if we're experiencing a high volume of orders, your order can be delayed by 1-2 days. If you need your order to be processed sooner, please check the "VIP Processing" box found above the "Add To Cart" button to have your order skipped ahead in line and processed the same day.

How do I know how much is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
My USPS tracking states my package was delivered but it was not!
We know how terrible it is to get home and not find your package. ALL MAVY is not liable for any packages that are lost during shipping or stolen. If you did not receive your package and your tracking indicates that the package was delivered, please contact USPS to file a claim.
I received my package but is was damaged during shipping!
Oh NO! Unfortunately, ALL MAVY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return / Exchange Questions
I ordered the wrong size and would like to return or receive a refund.We will gladly exchange any unworn items with the original tag attached. We do not offer refunds. The item must be mailed within 5 business days of the date the package was delivered. Please write the new size on the invoice.
