Thank you for visiting and shopping at ALL MAVY. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are shipped from Dallas, TX Monday through Saturday.
"VIP Priority Processing" - Added to Cart (found above the "Add To Cart" button on all product pages)
We ship "VIP Priority Processing" orders once daily Monday-Saturday. If your order was placed before 3:30pm CST, your order will be shipped the same day. All "VIP Processing" orders placed after 3:30pm CST will be processed first but will be shipped the following morning.
Non-VIP Priority Processing Orders
Orders are shipped daily Monday through Saturday. Orders are typically processed within one day but if we're experiencing a high volume of orders, your order can be delayed by 1-2 days. If you need your order to be processed sooner, please check the "VIP Processing" box found above the "Add To Cart" button to have your order skipped ahead in line and processed the same day.
Pre-Order Shipping
Outfits on pre-order will be shipped the date specified on the product page. If you bought additional outfits that's available, they will be shipped on the date specified on the pre-order outfit's page.
If you purchase more than one preorder item, all items will be shipped on the latest preorder ship date. We cannot split your order. You can place separate orders if you need an outfit sooner.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ALL MAVY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Package
ALL MAVY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Packages
ALL MAVY is not liable for any packages that are lost during shipping or stolen. If you did not receive your package and your tracking indicated that the package was delivered, please contact USPS to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
USPS does not include tracking once it reaches your destination country and is not insured. Delivery times are 6-10 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse, normal processing times apply.
