We ship "VIP Priority Processing" orders once daily Monday-Saturday. If your order was placed before 3:30pm CST, your order will be shipped the same day. All "VIP Processing" orders placed after 3:30pm CST will be processed first but will be shipped the following morning.

Pre-Order
Outfits on pre-order will be shipped the date specified on the product page. If you bought additional outfits that's available, they will be shipped on the date of the pre-ordered item.
If you purchase more than one preorder item, all items will be shipped on the latest preorder ship date. We cannot split your order. You can place separate orders if you need an outfit sooner.
